Bullet Legal specializes in “difficult-to-serve” individuals and companies. Our experienced staff and network of process servers are eager to assist your local and nationwide requirements. Our licensed and bonded professional, courteous staff is trained by experienced law enforcement personnel to handle all of your assignments with thoroughness and attentiveness. The client’s interests and costs are protected by our commitment to the professional handling of every assignment. Our staff consists of the most reliable network of process servers to accomplish your job (service) who efficiently and professionally produce faster proofs of service, and provide frequent status updates. State-of-the-Art Technology makes all the difference in Bullet Legal’s ability to provide excellent client support. Our goal is to have your encounter at Bullet Legal Services be a positive and results-oriented experience. Once service is completed, our staff will return the Affidavit of Service to the client by e-mail. Next, the Affidavit of Service is returned to the client within 2-3 business days, either personally or by US mail per the client’s local or out-of-state status, respectively. For nationwide service we use only the most experienced process servers.

What do I need to get started serving my documents?

  • All documents must be filed with your court.
  • Send to us via email, mail or fax, all the documents that your court requires to be served.
  • Must include your contact information:
    • Your Full Name
    • Your phone number
    • Your email address
    • Your mailing address
  • Other Information that is needed:
    • The person who is being served
    • The service address

How can I give you the documents?

  • The best and most common way is via email, in pdf form.
  • Your documents can also be sent by fax or mail.

How do I send my documents if I don’t have a scanner or fax machine?

  • You can go to a store that can scan and email or fax your documents over to us (ie. UPS, FedEx, PostNet, etc.).
  • You can also use Scanner Apps on your phone. These documents must be in pdf format.
  • Whether you email or fax your documents, please include your contact information.

What type of documents do I need to provide?

  • The documents that the court requires you to have served. If you have any questions, contact your court clerk or court representative.

How do I pay?

  • Please call the Office and we will take payment over the phone.
  • You can also fill out our Credit Card Authorization form and email it back to us.

What is the turnaround time for service?

  • Generally, for a Routine Serve, a server will make the first attempt within 2 to 3 business days of receiving the documents and payment.

How many attempts?

  • Generally, our servers will make 4 attempts. Each attempt will be made on different days at different times.

Does Bullet Legal Services file the Affidavit of Service?

  • No. You are responsible for adhering to your court’s preferred method of filing
